Choosing a reliable, reputable company for long term success in direct sales<\/h1>\n

It’s confusing! unless you know what to look for!<\/h3>\n

Like you, I get all kinds of things coming across my desk that I am told is the best things since peanut butter and jelly!<\/span><\/p>\n

I love it when people call me and say, look, you have to jump on board now, the \u201cfounders positions\u201d<\/span> are closing, there are only XX available.<\/span><\/p>\n

  1. When someone says the word\u00a0\u201cfounders position\u201d\u00a0RUN! this usually means, they are attempting to raise funds to run the company<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. The first question I then ask is, who are the owners, what business and MLM experience do they have, are they funding the company or are there investors? if so, what % of the company is from the investors<\/span><\/li>\n
  3. Who is there corp attorney and who is their MLM attorney?<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    When they go into the product(s) that are offered, I get really excited! A very HIGH % of companies have\u00a0\u201cme too\u201d<\/span>\u00a0products. and MOST of those products are all produced in the same 4-5 manufacturing plants.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

    1. My first concern with this, is cross contamination.<\/span> These production facilities put products together for many companies, so there is a HIGH risk of cross contamination from not only product to product, but also company to company. If you have allergies or like me, like to stay away from impure products, this is an issue.<\/span><\/li>\n
    2. My second concern is the\u00a0quality<\/i><\/span>\u00a0<\/i>of the ingredients. Of the plants I know, they purchase the LEAST expensive ingredients they can, to boost their profits. I am personally aware of one such plant owner who does this all the time!<\/span><\/li>\n
    3. They use the word\u00a0\u201cnano\u201d\u00a0<\/span>technology: This is a big one for me. The FDA (and I am not a fan of them)<\/span> has put out an article that in part says: \u201cFDA has long encountered the combination of promise, risk, and uncertainty that accompanies emerging technologies. Nanotechnology is not unique in this regard. The very changes in biological, chemical and other properties that can make nanotechnology applications so exciting also may merit examination to determine any effects on product safety, effectiveness, or other attributes. Understanding nanotechnology remains a top FDA priority. \u00a0FDA is monitoring the evolving science and has a robust research agenda to help assess the safety and effectiveness of products using nanotechnology.\u201d\u00a0<\/i><\/span><\/span>

      \nI also did a search on Bing, and here is what came up: \u201cNanoparticles are used to nanoize a particle so that is can be absorbed by the human body. Nanoparticles can be made of various materials such as metals, polymers, lipids, and ceramics\u201d\u00a0<\/i><\/span><\/span>

      \nEVERY SINGLE PERSON who has approached me with a \u201cnano\u201d product, I have asked them to send me the\u00a0DATA SAFETY\u00a0SHEET <\/strong>as well as\u00a0WHAT\u00a0<\/strong>is being used to modify the particles to nanoize them.\u00a0<\/span>
      \nNOT ONE PERSON HAS EVER GOTTEN BACK TO ME!<\/em><\/span><\/li>\n
    4. The next thing I ask for when someone approaches me on a product driven company, are the product certifications.<\/strong> VERY FEW products in this space have many, if ANY, certifications at all. Of the few that do, there are some that are certified organic in the USA. Do your research on Organic in the USA.. unfortunately, big pharma has bought their way into this as well. There are many products out there RIGHT NOW, that \u201corganic\u201d farmers can spray on plants that are NOT CLEAN!.\u00a0<\/span>
      \nOne of these, I just wrote an article about. Mr Bill Gates has a company he is knee deep in that produces a product called\u00a0\u201cAPEEL\u201d<\/strong><\/span> YIKES! this is really scary! without rewriting the whole article here, its a mono and diglyceride product that they are now dipping your fruits and veggies in to make the NOT ROT in your fridge!     5. The next thing I look at is the compensation plan.<\/strong> EVERYONE will tell you their comp plan is the best\u2026 however, 99% of them pay out between 25-35% at best. Some things to be aware of and be cautious of: A. Global bonus pool \u00a0B. what does it take to be paid at the top % of the comp plan \u00a0C. how much do they pay out<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      These are the 5 main things I look for, although I have other indicators these are the most important.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

SO what should you look for? and demand in a company<\/span><\/h1>\n

Take out your personal feelings about any company you’re looking at and contemplate the following:<\/span><\/p>\n
    \n
  1. How old is the company<\/li>\n
  2. Who is the owner, what kind of experience do they have<\/li>\n
  3. Is the company debt free? if not, who is behind funding of the company<\/li>\n
  4. Who are the attorneys for the company<\/li>\n
  5. Is the company public or private<\/li>\n
  6. What is their reach, IE: are they only open in your country or do they have a global presence<\/li>\n
  7. What has been the year over year growth rate of the company as a whole<\/li>\n
  8. What is their product line: is it needed, wanted and demanded in ALL markets<\/li>\n
  9. What is the price point of their products<\/li>\n
  10. Do they force you to set up an autoship or can you purchase anytime you wish during the month<\/li>\n
  11. What amount must you purchase on a monthly basis to participate in ALL aspects of the compensation plan<\/li>\n
  12. What is required to get to the top of the comp plan<\/li>\n
  13. How much does the comp plan pay out and who does it favor (leaders only or the masses)<\/li>\n
  14. What proof do they supply that their products are as great at claimed<\/li>\n
  15. Do they offer a money back guarantee on their products<\/li>\n
  16. What kind of marketing and communication tools do they offer, is there a cost<\/li>\n
  17. Does the company offer incentives<\/li>\n
  18. choose a sponsor wisely! If someone approaches you who jumps from shiny object to shiny object, confront them and tell them, based on their past history, you need to know how dedicated they are.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    These are a good start!<\/p>\n

    There are a couple of companies I recommend, ONLY because they meet or exceed the criteria I have set out above.<\/p>\n
